Waypoint by SDA is a personal travel organiser. By using it you agree to what is below. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.
Waypoint organises travel plans you give it. It is not a travel agency, it does not book anything, it is not affiliated with any airline or hotel, and it does not sell tickets. Your bookings exist with the airline or hotel you bought them from, and that relationship is unchanged by anything here.
Times, gates, terminals and baggage rules are read out of the confirmations you supply, and both the parsing and the airline's own data can be wrong or out of date. Waypoint's reminders are conveniences, not guarantees. Always confirm departure times, gates and baggage allowances with the airline, and give yourself more time than the app suggests. Missing a flight is on the traveller, not the organiser.
Keep your password to yourself and use one you do not reuse. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use Waypoint to store other people's personal information without their say-so, and do not upload anything you do not have the right to.
When you create a share link you are publishing that itinerary to anyone holding the link. That is your decision to make, and you can revoke it from the trip at any time.
Please do not attempt to break into the service, scrape it, hammer it with automated traffic, or use it to process other people's data at volume. Accounts doing any of that may be suspended.
Waypoint is run by one person. It may be unavailable, and features may change or be removed. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — every trip can be exported as JSON or as a calendar file from the trip page.
Waypoint is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, it is not liable for missed flights, missed connections, cancelled plans, lost bookings or any other loss arising from using it or from being unable to use it.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which removes your data immediately. That is the whole exit process.
